  Right now, I'm not impressed with this company. I called them Saturday and it was set up that someone would show up between 1:30 & 2:30. I received a call at 1:51 saying they'd be late and did I want to reschedule. This upsets me because I took time off work when I didn't have to. I asked when they thought they'd be here today, and the guy didn't want to commit to a one hour window. He would only say "several hours."
  
  5:59 pm edit: I just tried calling their 800 number to see of someone would be showing up today - it went to voicemail. I then tried the local Vallejo number - it didn't work.
